A funnel is a series of action you expect users to do on your website.
You can setup a funnel in GingerTag dashboard by using combination of Goals, Events and Pageviews. Once a funnel is set up, you can examine completion rate and drop rate on each step. This can be used to diagnose and optimize the pain points in your happy path.
The funnel is also updated based on filters (like Source, Country) you set.
